Laura had my heart working extra hard in Bounce class today – peak heart rate zone for more than half the class for an average of 149 bpm. That’s roughly the same as what I achieve when running but without the impact to my knees and hips. I really appreciate how she comes around to adjust our form to make sure we are working the right areas in the right way, getting the most out of the workout. It’s also just so much fun – the hour usually flies by.
