Mega Barre Nash Bash

The Mega Barre Nash Bash will be the perfect mix of fun and sweaty workouts paired with good food, good people and good times. On this weekend away from your daily grind, you’ll have lots of options to either relax and lounge by the pool after your daily workout or take part in optional activities like hiking or sight seeing in the beautiful city of Nashville. Join us in celebrating Boss Babe Laura’s 40th Birthday with a community of like minded MBYO badasses who value wellness, movement and self care.
One or two daily classes will keep you in a strong fitness routine while showing off different iconic areas of Nashville! There will be a variety of classes offered, including:Barre: The perfect blend of high intense, low impact movements based on the fundamentals of Pilates. You will work the entire body with small isometric exercises followed by larger dynamic movements. Expect pops of cardio burst to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles to burnout. Level of difficulty: beginner-advanced.

Circuit: High Intensity Interval Training using a variety of body weight movements, bands and sliders. Expect a mix of strength, stretch and cardiovascular elements. Level of difficulty: beginner-advanced.Dance Cardio & Sculpt Combo Class:  A fun and easy to follow dance cardio class with choreography and amazing music. Followed by a seriously sweaty sculpt session to lengthen and tone from head to toe.  Level of difficulty: moderate-advanced.Mega Mat: Taking all the Lagree Moves and moving them to the mat for a 30 min burn sessions. We will hit center core and of course, all the good Lagree lunges! Get ready to burn, sweat and Lagree shake!​

You’ll get up close and personal with nature on a mild-moderate hike at Radnor Lake State Park, less than 20 minutes from downtown!​ You’ll also enjoy the sites, sounds and tastes of the city on a private pedal tavern tour! We’ll pedal on a group bicycle/tavern through popular downtown locations while enjoying some adult beverages and maybe even singing our hearts out! During free time, the city is yours to explore!

Nashville is known for its food and its music, so we will be sure to explore both on our weekend escape! We’ll visit Broadway, home of the Honky Tonk bars, for evenings of live music and local brews. We’ll also have the option to visit a local cidery, distillery, and lots more!
