Summer 2022 Kids and Teen Fitness

We are gearing up for a summer of fun for kids and teens at Mega Barre. All sessions will be led by Miss Shannon, our kids fitness expert. The goal of our kids fitness sessions is to instill the love and appreciation of physical fitness at a young age and in a safe environment with no pressure or competition.

Kids Saturday Bootcamp Classes: Saturday’s (June 11, 18, 25) 11:30-1pm.  Appropriate for ages 7-10

  • different activities each Saturday
  • group and individual level fitness
  • 3 sessions for $55

Teen Conditioning: Friday’s 11am.  Appropriate ages 11 & up

  • perfect for those pre teens or teenagers looking to stay in shape during off season
  • strength training
  • cardiovascular training
  • stretching
  • mindfulness
  • drop in $12

Kids Fitness: Friday’s noon.  Appropriate ages 7-10

  • box step
  • circuit
  • trx
  • bounce
  • yoga
  • barre
  • drop in $12

Note: Some sessions will be held outside in our side (protected) parking lot, weather permitting.

Waivers of liability will need to be filled out prior to first class, they will be emailed out after registration.
