Barre is an effective, energetic and fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Pilates principles that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Our studio primarily teaches the BootyBarre® method, a perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. We use the barre and several other props to bring you the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast.

Bounce
More cardio focused using a mini trampoline that is high intensity and low impact. Expect a full body workout designed to tone your body, increase circulation, balance, and endurance. Not recommended for pregnant clients. Please wear clean tennis shoes.
Box Step
This class energizes traditional interval training with a modern day step aerobics class. Cardio heavy and lots of sweat! Please wear clean tennis shoes
Circuit
High-Intensity Interval Training in combination with light weights, sliders, balls or bands…make for a super high-calorie burn and lots of fun. Please wear clean tennis shoes.
Power Yoga
Stretch, flow and dial in with our unique approach to yoga. Not your typical yoga, recommended for all levels.
